About Me

As a clinician with a Master’s in Social Work, I operate from a “person-in-environment” perspective, where each individual situation is considered in the context of family of origin, racial, ethnic, cultural, and spiritual identities. My areas of expertise are those who are recovering from the effects of attachment and family of origin wounds.

In my work in various Community Mental Health settings, I have worked with individuals, couples, children and adolescents, and families with histories of complex trauma, substance use, grief and loss, and disrupted attachments in their families of origin. I work from an eclectic perspective, using principles of parts-work, attachment, humanism, Eco-Systemic Family Therapy, DBT, and CBT. I have my Basic Certification in EMDR (2024) and am working towards full certification.

My hope is to co-create an environment in which self healing and integration can occur organically for the client.
